Housekeeping Cleaner- Assist with any housekeeping enquiries
Daily tasks and duties of the role:
- Cleaning and servicing guest rooms including making beds, washing floors, dusting and vacuuming to a superior standard
- Deep cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms and living areas, applying cleaning agents/chemicals in more specific areas
- Replenishing all amenities
- Assist with any housekeeping enquiries and requests
Qualifications
Required skills and experience:
- Previous Housekeeping experience (desired however not required)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines
- A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experience
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to personalise a service
- Availability to work on a rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays)
