Job Title: Freelance HR Specialist

Salary: 1500 AED per month
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and talented HR Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources and be able to work on a freelance basis. We are open to considering an immigrant for the role.

As a Freelance HR Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including developing and implementing HR strategies, recruiting new employees, maintaining employee records, and assisting in employee relations issues. Additionally, you should be able to provide support to managers on various HR-related topics such as payroll processing or performance management.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Knowledge of UAE labor laws is preferred but not required.
