Our company, a leading organization in Al-Wakra, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Director to join our team. This position is open to Indian nationals with excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of administrative processes and procedures.

As the Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. You will work closely with department heads to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote productivity and efficiency within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and overseeing administrative staff.
- Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Oversee budgeting and financial planning for the administrative department.
- Provide guidance and support to administrative staff as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Handle any issues or concerns related to administrative processes or personnel.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for administrative staff.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for improvement within the organization.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a managerial position.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and human resources management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to administration.

We offer competitive salary packages starting at 1800$ per month. This position does not include accommodation but comes with a free visa sponsorship and ticket.
