Job scope includes: -Performing all reception and clerical duties at our main entrance desk. -The ideal candidate has a friendly and easy going personality as well as being very perceptive and disciplined. -Able to handle room reservations, complaints and provide hotel-related information accurately. -Being customer friendly is important. -Proficient in Malaysian and English. -Understanding all the ins and outs of hotel management and guidance. -Having good communication skills.
